About Us
Chichester4Europe is the latest incarnation of the European Movement
covering West Sussex and Hampshire.
The centre of gravity for pro-European activism has moved over the years and Chichester seems to have become the hub of pro-Europe activities, so we’ve picked up the pro Europe ball, and we’re running with it. Previously we were European Movement, Portsmouth and Chichester branch.
Chichester4Europe welcomes members to our Pro-EU group from all around our area, including Arundel, Bognor Regis, Worthing, Littlehampton, Havant, Cosham, Portsmouth and Southsea.
If you are looking for a local pro European group near you, who want to reverse Brexit, then you’ve found it. If you’re thinking, “How can I campaign to rejoin the EU?”, join us. Together, we can create impactful change by championing values of inclusivity, unity in diversity and internationalism; sharing, embracing and celebrating our rich tapestry of European cultural heritage and countering the wave of xenophobic neo-nationalism which is looming like a dark cloud over the world.
Bring your energy and ideas as we develop local strategies to undo the catastrophe of Brexit piece by piece, and restore the relationship with our fellow European neighbours. Travel to London with us and represent our region as we March to Rejoin with the other European Movement groups across the UK.
