Thanks to those of you who attended Euro Café #2.
I’m sure that, like me, you’re feeling a bit more optimistic that we can make positive change, within our circle of influence, to undo some of the damage done by the calamity of the UK leaving the EU. Even though our cousins across the pond might have added another potential factor to one of Craig’s excellent infographics!
In case you didn’t make it, Craig Gershater, Lib Dem City Councillor and former Mayor of Chichester, gave an excellent talk to the eager throng at New Park about the route back into Europe. Craig drew on his discussions at the recent Lib Dem conference and spurred a very productive discussion amongst us, on his vision for Chichester as a potential European Hub.
I’m including a couple of those brilliant infographics here, because I know you’ll want to show them to your friends.

Thank you to all those who made the first of our series of Euro Café events such a success.
We had a surprise visit from Jess Brown-Fuller, Chichester’s Parliamentary Candidate for the Liberal Democrats.
About us
Chichester4Europe is the latest incarnation of the European Movement on the south coast. The Pro-European organisation in Bognor, the pro Europe organisations in Portsmouth and across West Sussex/ Hampshire area have evolved over the years and Chichester seems to have become the hub of pro-Europe activities so we’ve picked up the pro Europe ball and we’re running with it. Previously we were European Movement, Portsmouth and Chichester branch.
Chichester for Europe welcomes members to our Pro-EU group from all around our area, including Arundel, Bognor Regis, Worthing, Littlehapton, Havant, Cosham, Portsmouth and Southsea.
If you are looking for a local pro European group near you, who want to reverse Brexit then you’ve found it. If you’re thinking, “How can I campaign against Brexit?”, join us. Chichester’s anti-brexit campaign group join marches together, whenever we can. We’ve had our members at all the National Re-join Marches. Too late to Stop Brexit but we will fight to rejoin the EU and campaign to rejoin the EU, locally and nationally with other European Movement groups.
